Our Return Policy
If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise in its original unused condition directly to us within 30 days of our shipment of the goods for a merchandise refund. (EXCEPT; Berchet, 53 Classic Corvette, DS-America Products and any Special Order items - please call us to verify that your item qualifies for a return) which are not returnable unless defective). A Restocking Fee (5%-25%, depending on the item, of the merchandise total - to cover the cost of receiving, inspecting & repacking - will be deducted from your refund. Note that we do not refund shipping costs to you. Items that qualified for free shipping promotions will incur a deduction for shipping and handling. Please save all boxes and packing materials pending resolution. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization "RAN" so please do not return any merchandise without the prior authorization (written or via email) from our Customer Service Department. (This includes items refused by you at time of delivery. Please include a copy of the RAN with your return.

Returned items must be in their original box, including original shipping carton and inserts, with original accessories, packaging, manuals and registration card in undamaged, clean and brand-new condition. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse the deduction. Computer software, video games, audio CDs, VHS and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened.
Product styles, descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice and may vary somewhat from what is pictured. While we attempt to accurately describe the benefits, features and specifications of each and every product we sell, we rely on information from the the manufacturers who make the items and from time to time, such features and specifications may change from one production run to another and we may not have been updated. Such incidental changes do not qualify for a warranty based return.

To return any product, please email to pedalcars@sbcglobal.net and request a “Return Authorization Number (RAN)” Please be sure to include the name of the person who purchased the item, the original order ID, the date of purchase, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Please inspect your merchandise for any breakage that may have resulted in transport. Claims for damages caused by the carrier must be reported to and taken up directly with the carrier. We strongly recommend that you keep the original shipping boxes and related packing materials until the claim is resolved. We will gladly assist you with any claims against the carrier.

Special orders may not be cancelled or returned - except for errors caused by us.

Refunds, if due, are paid in same manner as original method of payment. Please allow 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has shipped.

Costume Return Policy:

  • Costumes purchased between October 1st and October 31st cannot be returned. Exchanges are permissible for a different size.
  • Costumes to be exchanged due to incorrect size must be in new, unused condition with original packing. Exchange request must take place before October 20th.
